Noval SeniorCare offers qualified staff to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, home health and hospice agencies, and other health care facilities.
All members of our personnel are thoroughly screened, their references are checked, and their skills and competency are verified.
Additionally, we conduct OSBI criminal background checks, and Noval SeniorCare covers all payroll taxes, workman's comp, and unemployment taxes.
We require our personnel to have:
- A minimum of one year's prior experience within the last five years
- Competency skills testing
- OSBI criminal background check
- OIG exclusion list checked
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB and/or chest X-ray
